The man who can
drive himself further once the effort gets painful is the man who will win. The

qualities are so much more important than the events that occur. The difference
between the impossible and the possible lies in a person's determination.

if they are determined to be so. Bear in mind, if you are going to amount to
anything, that your success does not depend upon the brilliancy and the
impetuosity with which you take hold, but upon the ever lasting and sanctified buldoggedness with which you hang on after you have taken hold. The price of
success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that
whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at
hand.
All of you have a lot of potential & I strongly believe, you must pledge to work still harder to exploit the best in you !!!!
I sincerely request all of you to please consider waking up early in the morning 4 A.M. Every Day, from today onwards till the day you get an employment. If you do so, trust me you will gain the power to control your destiny !!!!!! And I wish you achieve success beyond the obvious. Hope you would keep my expectations ALIVE!!!!!! Work more 24x7, till success is achieved, and please remember success is a journey, not a destination. I wish you surpass brilliance and achieve beyond your limits !!!!!! Dear Students,
Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any one thing. Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it.

Please log on to www.brainbench.com and appear free online tests in technical subjects of your interest.
In the Puja vacation, please keep your self active on the Internet and do get yourself certified from Brainbench. Aim for success, not perfection. Never give up your right to be wrong, because then you will lose the ability to learn new things and move forward with your life.
If you do so, I shall help you learn further ways to get certified from Microsoft & Sun Microsystem, USA.
And yes, one more piece of request, please buy a pocket English Dictionary (Cambridge or Oxford) if you don’t have one. Maintain a new note book in which you jot down every day at least 10 words & their meanings.
As you think, so shall you be. Sooner or later, those who win are those who think they can. The greatest discovery of our generation is that human beings can alter their lives by working hard 24 x 7 !!!
You shall tell me post holidays, your momentous learning experience !!!
